You can learn through private lessons, group classes, or practice sessions. Private lessons are 45 minutes long and available Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm and Saturday by appointment. Your instructor will work through timing, lead and following skills, technique, posture and dance hold at your own pace. Group classes run Tuesdays–Fridays at 7:45pm and Saturday afternoons at 12:00pm, also 45 minutes. Most classes are beginner-friendly unless marked advanced or intermediate on the calendar. No partner required. Drop-in costs $10 per person for group classes.

The studio teaches Ballroom, Smooth, Rhythm and Latin styles, including Rumba, Salsa, East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, Waltz, Viennese Waltz, Hustle, Jitterbug, Cha Cha, Mambo, Samba, Bachata, Foxtrot, Tango, Night Club Two Step, Country Two Step, Quickstep, Bolero, and Line Dancing. They also create specific choreography for weddings and competitions.

After group classes, practice sessions give you the chance to apply what you've learned in a social setting.
