About this studio
Tribez Heels (trading as BlissTribez) is a space centered on heels dance, sound healing, and reconnection with feminine energy. The studio describes itself as 'a warm, safe space where you can move, heal, open and fully come home to yourself' — designed for women seeking 'freedom, sensuality, rest, growth and sisterhood'.
Classes focus on high heels dance with choreography suitable for beginners. Weekly classes run every Wednesday at three time slots: 19.00–21.00, 20.00–21.00, or 21.00–22.00 (all 1 hour). The studio also offers specialist technique workshops in high heels, held on Fridays.
Beyond dance, Tribez Heels offers sound healing sessions and one-on-one healing sessions as part of a broader wellness approach. The studio runs themed workshops throughout the year — past events include a Romantic Valentine Heels workshop, Halloween/Moulin Rouge-themed sessions, and special sound healing events. Workshops are described as social gatherings for women to 'dance and have fun' in a supportive environment.
The studio's philosophy blends 'movement, sound, energy, cacao, rituals, lifestyle, femininity and sisterhood' into what they call a 'soft and powerful mix'. The emphasis is on activating feminine energy, opening the heart, and creating space for self-expression without judgment or pressure.
Contact is available by phone or WhatsApp. The studio is located at Daendelsstraat 57, Den Haag.
