Universe Dance Crew - SPACESHIP

Universe Dance Crew is a dance group founded in 2018 under the leadership of Matej Meić. The crew's purpose is to promote, develop and advance street dance styles — hip hop, breaking, dancehall, krump, popping, house and locking — through education and teaching. They work with dancers of all backgrounds and experience levels, creating a community where members learn and grow together.

The crew competes in competitions both within Croatia and internationally. Beyond training, they take on professional projects including music video shoots, dance videos, commercials and public performances. Their studio space is described as a place where dance passion is lived and breathed, designed to foster unlimited growth and creativity.

Universe Dance Crew emphasises diversity in street dance styles. The community is open to all types of dancers regardless of background or experience, and they encourage members to explore a broad spectrum of street styles. Through regular workshops, training sessions and performances, the crew creates a space where different dance techniques and aesthetics complement each other, building richness in creativity and expression.

Trainers are dedicated to providing individualised support to each dancer, working on technique development and stage presence. Members benefit from regular training, feedback and performance opportunities. The crew invites both beginners and experienced dancers to join — you'll find support and resources to achieve your dance goals.
