Arthur Murray Dance Studio Reno has been teaching ballroom, Latin, swing and country Western dance for 17 years as a family-owned and operated business. The studio is built on the Arthur Murray method: a teaching system proven over more than a century to make learning accessible to complete beginners. You'll start dancing during your very first lesson.

The studio offers three ways to learn: personal lessons tailored to your pace and goals, group classes for repetition and muscle memory with rotating partners, and practice parties to apply what you've learned. Whether you come as a single or a couple, you don't need to bring a partner—the studio has a welcoming community across all ages and experience levels. Singles can join classes designed for solo learners and attend practice parties where you'll dance with instructors and other students. Couples can take lessons together as a new date night, or one partner can learn while the other watches.

Wedding dance packages are available for couples planning their first dance. The studio also teaches you to dance to any music with a beat: Big Band, Latin, 80s, Top 40, classic rock and roll, Bossa Nova, Motown, Disco, and Country Western. Most students reach comfort on the dance floor in about 6 months to a year, though basics can be learned in just a handful of lessons.

The studio is staffed by 6 full-time teachers who have completed rigorous training in technique and the Arthur Murray method.
