The school also runs a competitive programme with elite dancers studying hip hop and street show, show dance, jazz, modern, and standard and Latin American styles. They train world champions and offer individual lessons, athlete status support, and training for students who need absence notes from school.
Beyond regular classes, Bolero offers choreography for special occasions: opening dances for newlyweds, graduation ball choreography, and birthday party entertainment. They hire out dance halls, tables, chairs, and sound equipment. The school runs summer open classes in hip hop, jazz, modern and contemporary on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. They organise social dance weekends and themed dance evenings, and host events like Ljubljana Dance Night across four separate dance floors with recognised DJs.
