Weekly classes run seven days a week across three main styles: Pole ($21 per class), Lyra ($26 per class), and Dance & Fitness ($16 per class). You can attend classes one at a time, or save money with Credit Token Packages (valid for one year) or monthly subscription packages. Unlimited memberships are also available, offering access to as many weekly classes as you want, plus most series and one-hour specialty classes, free access to online recordings, and bonus credits for longer specialty workshops. Series classes run for 4, 6, or 8 weeks and focus on specific themes or skill sets. Specialty workshops are single-session deep dives into particular techniques. New students can use coupon code CED5Off for $5 off their first class.

Private lessons are available for those trying something new for the first time, preparing for a performance or competition, or seeking personal training to support strength, flexibility, and mobility goals. The studio also offers pole competition coaching, performance coaching, and guidance for strippers. All private lessons require 7 days' advance notice and a completed New Student Form and waiver.

The studio has specialized in teaching parties and groups since 2007 and has hosted over 1,500 parties. In-studio parties accommodate 5–12 or 14 people; online parties accommodate up to 15. Party options include Pole Spice, Pole Sugar, Lap Dance & Striptease, Pole & Lap Dance, Pole & Striptease, Belly Dance, Burlesque, Aerial Hoop/Lyra, and Stripper Style @ Home (online only). Sixty-minute in-studio parties cost $25 per person; 90-minute in-studio parties cost $35 per person. Online parties cost $125 for 60 minutes and $175 for 90 minutes. In-studio parties include a dedicated room, your own instructor, music of your choosing, a free gift for the guest of honour or organiser, and private restroom access. Online parties include edited highlights recordings emailed approximately two weeks after the event.

The studio maintains ongoing health monitoring and cleaning procedures. Masks are optional but always welcome. Class reservations require a 2-hour minimum notice; parties require 7 days' notice.
