The studio offers three class formats. Choreography classes run 60 minutes and teach original routines set to different artists or themes. DanceRx is a 75-minute therapy-inspired session that layers dance with journaling and stretching for stress relief and self-care. NonStop is a 45-minute high-cardio follow-the-leader class with repeating movement combinations and no choreography to memorise.
DivaDance welcomes all adults 18 and over regardless of gender identity. The community is intentionally judgment-free and body-positive. Instructors use signature cueing techniques to help you lock in muscle memory fast. Music sometimes contains explicit lyrics; classes are adults-only to maintain a space where clients feel uninhibited and safe.

Studio history
DivaDance grew from founder Jami Stigliano's slumber-party choreography in a small Texas bedroom lined with New Kids on the Block posters. After captaining her college dance team at The University of Texas and working as a New York music-industry exec, Jami built the judgment-free adult dance classes she couldn't find anywhere else. In 2015 she made the decision to bring her mission of inspiring confidence and building community to adults across the country. The brand has since expanded to 50+ locations across 14 U.S. states and Mexico.
