Classes span all ages and abilities. Nursery Playdance welcomes children from age 3, using storytelling, mime and natural movement to build confidence and introduce basic coordination and musicality. Children's ballet (ages 5–18) follows Russian style technique, described as one of the most expressive of the recognised standards. Adult ballet welcomes everyone from complete beginners to experienced dancers, offering an artistic and challenging way to exercise without excessive pressure.
The teaching approach emphasises small classes and personal attention. Students are encouraged to develop self-expression and artistry through dance and performance. Annual theatre performances give students of all levels the chance to perform on stage from a young age—a formative experience that builds confidence and technique alongside technical progress.
