About this studio

Feel Good Factory is a dance studio in Hamburg focused on pole dance, stretching and aerial arts. Founded on the desire to share the joy of these disciplines with others, the studio aims to create a welcoming space that pulls you away from everyday chaos and lifts your mood a little.

The two bright training rooms have 3.15-metre-high ceilings and professional equipment. The studio offers a diverse course programme: multiple pole dance styles alongside complementary workouts to build flexibility and strength, plus dance classes that develop your artistic expression. Whether you're drawn to elegant pole choreography, exotic combinations or athletic tricks, progress comes quickly. The curriculum is built step-by-step, so you can start with no prior experience.

Each pole class begins with thorough warm-up (health is their priority), followed by individual figures, small combinations or full choreographies depending on the course level, and closes with cool-down. Flexibility classes and workouts focus on either a specific body region or whole-body training from head to toe, also ending with relaxing cool-down.

The team includes Elena (qualified pedagogue and certified pole dance trainer and dancer), Lea (certified flexibility, pole dance, aerial yoga and postpartum trainer and educator), and certified instructors in pole dance, tease, flexibility, exotic pole, floorwork, rhythmic sports gymnastics, BBP, pilates and aerial pilates. The studio runs regular special workshops, intensives with guest teachers, photoshoots, and pole parties and JGAs (bachelor/bachelorette celebrations). They offer online classes covering over 40 follow-along workouts and flexibility classes for beginners and advanced students, plus an innovative Smart Exotic Pole online course with four levels for newcomers and advanced dancers.

Trainer education is available through Polebatics Education, including beginner and intermediate pole teacher trainings, heels pole teacher certification, chair dance, floorwork, and pro and postpartum pole training. The Beyond Bendy Pro flexibility teacher training runs May–June 2026 (10 days, 75 hours). Gift vouchers are available for download or by post.
