About this studio

Indulgence Dance Studio in Jacksonville welcomes all levels of dance across eight distinct styles: Hip Hop, Lyrical, Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Majorette, Tumbling, and General. Owner Iesha Williams, who has danced since age three and trained professionally in Ballet, Jazz, and Contemporary, founded the studio with a focus on quality and affordable instruction combined with proper technique. She is married to co-owner Rayshan Williams Sr.

The studio's class structure spans age groups from Pre-Ballet (3–6 years old) through Senior (13–18 years old) in ballet, with specialized one-on-one tap instruction (excluding pre-ballet). Tumbling is offered at three levels: Beginner (5–18 years, teaching cartwheels, round-offs, and back handsprings), Intermediate (5–18 years, building toward back handspring series and back tucks), and Advanced (5–18 years, covering layouts, twisting, and aerials for students already able to perform round-off back tucks without assistance).

The teaching team brings deep experience to the studio. Ajai Walton, Majorette and Competition Team instructor, trained at Jeans Dance School and Attitudes Performing Arts Center in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Hip Hop, and has worked with choreographers including Dave Scott from "You Got Served." Tera Gates teaches Ballet and Tap; she has competed in regional and national dance competitions winning gold medals and platinum titles, performed at venues including Jaguars Halftime and The Ritz, and choreographed for Black Expo, the MLK Day Parade, and The Chocolate Nutcracker. Jarrett Edwards leads Hip Hop and Competition Team classes; he has trained with the Florida State College of Jacksonville Dance Program "Danceworks" and performed with Justified Services and The Jewelry Box Society.

The studio maintains a competition team and runs upcoming events throughout the year. The approach centres on having fun while learning, with the studio emphasising that dancers are educated on proper technique across all levels.
