About this studio
Kinetic Movement Center teaches jazz, tap, ballet, and hip hop for ages 3 and older, year-round. Classes are also offered in conditioning, pointe, leaps & turns, and other styles based on interest. There are classes for adults, and the studio warmly encourages those with no prior experience to join.
The studio presents two major productions each year. The holiday show in December is a smaller, complimentary performance with a straightforward and lighthearted theme. The Hot Shoe Show, held in June at the Martha Luigi Auditorium, is a grand production that features sets, props, skits, and surprises. Beyond these productions, Kinetic Movement Center also participates in various smaller performances around town for events and nursing homes.
Kinetic Company is open to all dancers willing and able to take on the time, responsibility and financial commitments involved. The company travels to conventions and competitions throughout the state to learn and compete.
Kinetic Movement, formerly known as Footwork Dance Studio, has been providing a welcoming environment for self-expression for over 40 years. The studio takes pride in offering students not just a space to dance, but a place where students and their families can all be part of a dance family.

Tindal Jordan is owner and director, teaching tap, jazz, ballet, pointe, hip hop, and company classes. Christina Lalonde teaches conditioning & technique and lyrical. Charlotte Kuhn teaches basic classes. Abigal Ortiz teaches hip hop 1. Debra Druse is the founder of the original Footwork Dance Studio.
