The studio is located in San Lazzaro di Savena, just outside Bologna, at Via Caselle, 45. It is easily reached by car (the area has ample parking) or by public transport—bus 19C stops directly in front.

The teaching staff are fully qualified, diplomated instructors with international reputation. The studio runs structured programmes across age groups and ability levels. For adults, courses include Salsa Cubana, Salsa New York Style, Salsa Shine, Bachata Figurata, Bachata Sensual, Lady Style, Man Style, Reggaeton, Danza Afro Cubana, Rumba Cubana, SON Cubano, and Hip Hop. For children from age 4 upwards, there are Ballare Giocando (learning through play), Caraibico, Commercial, Hip Hop, Boobi Tunes Crew, and Modern classes. There is also an Under 18 programme featuring Reggaeton. For those seeking fitness, courses in Corpo Libero, Samba Revolution Fit, and competitive training (Allenamento Agonisti and Agonismo Caraibico) are offered.

The facility includes two dance studios, changing rooms with personal lockers, and showers. The studio opens Monday to Friday, 15:00–23:00, and is closed weekends. Philosophy and approach focus on enjoyment and professionalism, with the aim of welcoming everyone—from absolute beginners discovering Latin dance for the first time to experienced dancers seeking to improve. For children, the emphasis is on bringing them together socially; for teenagers, it is on building sporting spirit and coordination.

Beyond regular classes, Latino51 organises workshops (stage), performances (saggi), exhibitions, and social events. The studio also hosts birthday celebrations and social gatherings that foster interaction between students of different levels and courses, creating community across the whole school.
