Liz Colley Dance - The Studio is run by Liz Colley, founder and dance teacher with 20 years of experience in dance. In 2020, Liz earned her dance degree from Buckinghamshire New University, a milestone that reinforced her commitment to creating a dedicated space for dance in Cardiff.
The studio teaches a range of styles including commercial, ballet, jazz, heels and contemporary across adult and children's classes, with private tuition available for all ages and abilities. Adult classes include Open Lyrical with Izzy, Back 2 Basics, Beginner Heels, Beginner Commercial and a Signature Series Course. Children's classes are coming this September.
All in-studio classes operate on a pre-booking system, which you can manage through the studio's online booking platform. Creating an account saves your card details for future bookings. Private classes are available for specific goals — whether adding choreography to a hen do, learning a new routine, or improving technique in a one-to-one session. All private class enquiries are submitted via the studio's enquiry form.
Liz's vision extends beyond conventional classes: she aims to create a community where dance builds confidence, self-expression and lasting friendships. Online classes are coming soon, bringing the same uplifting energy to home-based practice.
