About this studio
Vertical Allure Studio opened in 2024 and has trained over 2,000 students. The studio teaches pole fitness, Lyra (aerial hoop), and aerial silks to men and women of all skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced dancers. Classes run Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4:45 PM to 9:00 PM, and Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Pole fitness classes begin with a warm-up before moving into skill-building on the studio's 16-foot poles, where you learn spins, climbs, holds, and transitions. The instructors emphasise that no upper body strength or dance experience is required—the strength builds as you train. Beginner Pole 101 is designed for those with little or no pole experience, starting with basic comfort around the pole and building from there.
Lyra (aerial hoop) is performed on a suspended steel hoop and develops strength, balance, and body control through poses and transitions. Aerial Silks use long fabric panels suspended from the ceiling to build strength, flexibility, and coordination through climbing, wrapping, and moving through the air. Both aerial classes welcome beginners and experienced movers.
The studio offers private lessons tailored to your skill level and goals, providing personalized attention in a private studio space with top-of-the-line poles and safety equipment. Private parties are available for groups of all sizes—bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, girls' nights, and corporate team building events. An instructor leads your group through a class built around your vibe, with no experience or fitness level required.
Vertical Allure's instructors bring decades of combined professional experience and receive ongoing training. The studio welcomes all body types and fitness levels, operates on a judgment-free basis, and emphasises that every student learns real technique, personal style, and body awareness.
