About this studio

Dance Without Limits is a family-friendly, inclusive dance studio in Greenville, SC (with a second location in Simpsonville) serving toddlers, preschoolers, children, tweens and teens ages 18 months to 18 years of all abilities. The studio is non-competitive, meaning it does not participate in dance competitions. Instead, it focuses on creating an atmosphere where dance is for everyone, regardless of age, shape, size, or ability.

The studio teaches tap, ballet, jazz, lyrical/contemporary, hip hop, acrobatics, and preschool dance. Classes for students with disabilities or special needs are a core part of the programme—the studio's special needs dance programme, highlighted in the owner's bio as a major professional achievement, has grown into what the studio describes as an amazing experience for students who otherwise wouldn't have the opportunity to dance. The studio provides multiple dance performance opportunities, including two annual end-of-semester showcases, and participates in local dance performances throughout the Upstate SC area. Summer camps are available for ages 3–10, and a week-long summer intensive is offered for dancers ages 10 and up. Adult classes in ballet and jazz are also available.

Beth Bradley, the owner and director, is a certified member of the Southern Council of Dance Masters and Dance Masters of America. She studied all forms of dance including tap, jazz, ballet, pointe, lyrical, modern, and acrobatics, and attended the Governor's School of North Carolina in 1997 in the area of dance. She has won numerous Best Choreography Awards, Most Entertaining Awards, and overall and highest score awards from regional and national competitions. While running a previous studio, Releve Performing Arts Center, her students were named National Champions twice and produced finalists in Dance Masters of America pageants. Molly White serves as Director of Operations and began dancing at age two, competing from age eight and dancing on national teams including Star Power's Power Park, Dance USA, and Encore DCS. She graduated from Winthrop University in 2012 with a biology degree.

The studio emphasises culture and values above all else. Its core beliefs include: dance is for everyone; every child has worth; hard work is worth it; winning isn't everything; let kids be kids (protecting childhoods through age-appropriate music, costuming, and choreography); encourage and build up students; and seek to serve the community. Classes are structured around programmes including Twinkle Baby & Me (18 months–3 years, with adult participation required), Twinkle Babies, Twinkle Stars, Twinkle Ballet, Tot Hop & Tumble, KinderStars, and Limitless Friends (for students with disabilities or special needs).

Reviews highlight the supportive teaching environment. One parent noted that a teacher, Ms. Beth, brings out passion and enthusiasm from students and her daughter loves the lessons. Another parent reported their daughter came out of her shell through dance and that teachers always lift students up. A parent whose daughter has special needs praised the studio for lovingly opening their hearts to register her for the Twinkle Toes class.
