Ecole Danses Latines Tropicales

Ecole Danses Latines Tropicales is a Paris-based dance school teaching couple and solo dance styles in the Latin and African tradition. The school offers 120 hours of classes per week across 12 daily courses, with styles including Salsa Cubaine, Salsa Portoricaine, Bachata, Kizomba, Tango Argentin, Reggaeton, Samba Brésilienne, Danses Afro, Zumba, Barre au Sol, and Latin training. Classes for couple dances (salsa, bachata, kizomba, tango argentin) welcome solo students with partner rotations during the session, so you never need to arrive with a partner. Solo classes in samba, reggaeton, afro dance and barre au sol run alongside. Beginner integration happens year-round, with regular evaluation stages to progress levels. The school operates throughout the year and summer with no fixed entry date—you join at your own pace.

The studio houses six dance spaces: the Salle Jaune (90m²), Salle Bleu (70m²), Salle Orange (130m²), Salle Vert (100m²), Salle Safran (60m²), and Petit Salon, plus access to changing rooms and showers. All studios are air-conditioned, have parquet flooring, mirrors and sound systems. The school's flexibility extends to its subscription model: all class cards are multi-dance, meaning your pass grants access to any style offered, not a single dance. Subscriptions can be paid in instalments over up to 10 months depending on the package chosen.

Beyond weekly classes, the school runs Sunday stages (workshops), choreographic workshops, social dance evenings (soirées dansantes), a trip to Cuba, and special services including bachelorette packages, wedding opening dances, and professional training.
