With over 19 years as a studio owner, Brooke has created a welcoming space for people of all ages and abilities to enjoy dance, fitness and movement.
The studio offers a full timetable of classes both in-studio and online via Zoom. Classes range from fitness-focused sessions like Chillates, Dance Fit, Body Sculpt and Band Blast to technique-based classes in Ballet, Tap and Belly Dancing. There are also classes for parents and babies (Mums & Bubs, Sling Time), Line Dancing, and Progressive Groves. A Weekend Workshop Series runs on the first Sunday of each month, with Line Dancing available by request. Private classes can be arranged for wedding dances, GCSE and A-level routine practice, or one-to-one training.
Brooke is particularly proud of her work with TIN Arts, where she has spent more than seven years teaching students with physical and learning disabilities, developing expertise in creating accessible and inclusive dance experiences. Beyond the studio, she delivers dance education in schools across the North East for children and young people aged 3–17 and leads classes in community and leisure centres.
The studio is available for private hire by individuals and professionals, suitable for 10–12 people with dimensions of 9.5m (length) × 4.5m (width) × 2.5m (height). Brooke also organises hen parties and kids' birthday parties with dance styles including Ballet, Hip Hop/Street, Line Dancing, Salsa, Belly Dancing, Contemporary and Tap. For weddings, she works with couples to create bespoke first dances, typically recommending 4–6 hours of tuition, with sessions available at the studio or home visits.

Classes are taught by Brooke and a team of freelance instructors. Many classes are available online via Zoom if you prefer, and you can drop in or commit to a 6-week block.
