Key instructors include Ashley Kroft, who teaches Leaps/Turns/Conditioning, Lyrical and Company. Kroft is an interdisciplinary choreographer and educator originally from Orlando, Florida, with a BFA from the University of Central Florida and an MFA in Dance Choreography from Jacksonville University (2022). She currently serves as a Dance Professor at the University of Texas at El Paso, where she has taught Jazz, Intro to Dance, Contemporary I, Ballet Foundations I & II, Int./Adv. Ballet, and Choreography I. Her choreographic work has been showcased in Santa Fe, Albuquerque, and El Paso, and she serves as an adjudicator for competitive seasons.
Alani Hatten teaches Ballet and brings 17 years of dedication to dance. She received specialized ballet training under Andree Harper and Ouisa Davis, and studied at the Jillana School of Ballet Intensive. Hatten is a member of the national-winning UTEP dance team and is pursuing a Bachelor's in Dance with a minor in Education at the University of Texas at El Paso. She is skilled in choreography and committed to nurturing exceptional dancers.
The faculty also includes Ciria Perez (Hip Hop and Jazz), Alejandro Alcala (Ballet), Vielka Valdez (Acro and Ballroom), Adamari Flores (Tumbling), and Brenda Gonzalez (Pre Ballet). The studio's core values emphasize inclusion and community, inspiration and growth, excellence and achievement, confidence and empowerment, and integrity and respect.
