Jazz is taught for ages 5–7 through 13–19, building flexibility, turns, leaps, and performance quality at each stage. Contemporary & Lyrical classes begin at ages 9–12, blending technique with emotional storytelling and floor work, continuing to ages 13–19 with deeper artistry and improvisation.
Acro has three levels (Acro I, II, and III), covering progression from foundational skills like rolls, cartwheels, and handstands through intermediate work with limbering, walkovers, and aerial preparation. Pre-Pointe and Pointe classes are offered (Beginner and Intermediate), with instructor approval required. Technique Progressions classes (I, II, and III) on Saturdays build foundational and advanced skills across all styles, including turns, leaps, jumps, and conditioning.
The studio is directed and co-owned by Crystal Delgodo and Jazzae Ford, both teaching tap, jazz, lyrical, and contemporary. The teaching staff includes Jessica Winter-Troutwine (ballet), Shelby Poch and Emma Steeby (tap, jazz, combo), Lianna Norris (hip hop, conditioning), Ava Vandenburg (hip hop), Rielly Nehls (acro), and Rylee Nanzer (jazz), alongside guest instructors and choreographers.
