305 Dance studio

Studio 305, home of the Rolle Project, is a non-profit dance studio in North Las Vegas founded in 2016. Now in its 12th season, it serves the community with a mission to be a positive force enriching the mind, body, and spirit through dance. The studio uses the motto "Dance as an Exit"—reflecting its belief in dance as a powerful tool for self-expression and opportunity for young people.

The studio offers classes across multiple styles: ballet, hip-hop, jazz, modern, contemporary, creative dance, acro, and petite ballet. Classes run Monday to Friday 5–8pm and Saturday 9–4pm, with ages 3 and up welcome. You can enroll in single classes, combo classes, or the competition team. Dancers are encouraged to attend up to four days weekly depending on age, skill level, and ability. The studio also runs adult classes: Horton on Mondays 7:30–8:45pm and hip-hop on Thursdays 7:30–8:45pm (ages 17+).

The studio's curriculum is taught by renowned instructors including Kareem Goodwin, Zach Ingram, Allyne Gartrell, Jarrett Rashad, Kar Will, and founder Tyrell Rolle. Master classes with industry professionals are offered monthly, alongside residencies with guest artists. Students can compete at prestigious competitions including Groove, Sheer International, and Showbiz Competition. Graduates have been accepted into respected dance colleges, summer programs, and festivals.

Studio 305 runs summer camps (7 weeks in Las Vegas, plus a Miami option for ages 6 and up through pre-professional students, covering lyrical, jazz, ballet, hip-hop, acro/tumbling, Horton, musical theater, and acting). Two-week and four-week summer intensive sessions are available. Winter, Spring, and Summer camps provide additional growth opportunities. The studio also offers private lessons, studio rentals, and can hire company dancers for parties, birthdays, after-school programs, recitals, and performances.

Founded by Tyrell V. Rolle (Mr. T), an artist with credits including Ailey 2 Company, Cirque Du Soleil, Broadway, and work with choreographers including Frank Gatson and Sonya Tayeh, the studio emphasizes a family-like, judgment-free environment. It partners with The Smith Center's Education and Outreach Department and local organizations. Students are part of the R.A.G.E ensemble (Reaching Above Greater Expectations).

You and your child arrive ready for class in proper studio attire (no large bags). Dancers enter through the back of the studio and check in to prepare for their class. Parents are asked to wait outside the studio in their cars due to limited space. All skill levels are welcome, and first-time students ages 12 and under receive one free class.

Classes are taught by Tyrell Rolle (founder and artistic director), Kareem Goodwin, Zach Ingram, Allyne Gartrell, Jarrett Rashad, and Kar Will. Tyrell Rolle trained at the Ailey School and Dance Theater of Harlem in New York, toured with Ailey 2 Company, and has worked with Cirque Du Soleil, Broadway productions, and artists including Mariah Carey, J-Lo, and many others.

All skill levels welcome; first-time students ages 12 and under receive one free class; staff guides new dancers in selecting classes to match their experience and goals.
