Pole classes are an hour long and require bare feet, shorts and sports attire; knee pads are advised for hips & heels, exotic and pole flow sessions.
Children's classes run Mondays and Saturdays, with a detailed timetable covering ages from 3 years old. Monday evening includes acro, contemporary, modern jazz and lyrical. Saturdays offer baby ballet from 9am through to pointe at 4pm, with graded ballet and tap classes, junior and senior street, and lyrical also available. Most kids classes are 30 minutes long. The studio teaches both IDTA syllabus and non-syllabus content.
The studio's performance record is distinctive: cabaret groups have performed at the Royal Albert Hall, Sadler's Wells (home of the Royal Ballet), Her Majesty's Theatre, the Alexandra Theatre, Birmingham Hippodrome, Crescent theatres, Disneyland Paris and New York.
