About this studio
All About Dance by Kristen has been teaching dance in Stow, Ohio for over 30 years. The studio serves students from across northeastern Ohio—including Munroe Falls, Hudson, Cuyahoga Falls, Kent, Tallmadge, Akron, Brimfield, Ravenna and Streetsboro—and has built a reputation for professional instruction, competitive programmes and year-end Broadway-style productions.
Kristen, the owner, has 40 years of teaching experience overall, with 30 years at this studio. The philosophy centres on teaching technique while building confidence, independence and creativity. Classes are structured by age and level: Me & My Shadow for ages 18 months–2 years; Kinder classes for ages 3–4; Tot and Beginner classes for ages 5 and up; Junior classes for ages 9–15; Intermediate for ages 13–16; and Advanced for ages 15 and up. Adult classes are also available, including Adult Tap. Class lengths range from 30 minutes for the youngest students to 60 minutes for ages 9 and up, with some advanced Cecchetti Ballet classes running 1.25 hours.
The studio teaches Acro, Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Jazz, Lyrical and Tap across all age groups and levels. Specialty classes include Acting, Piano, Back Handspring Clinic, Aerial Clinic, Butterfly Ballet and Youth Cheer. Summer camps run for three days and focus on building friendships through themed activities like K-Pop Heroes Training, Fairy Princess and Round Up Dance Adventure. Mini camps launched in 2025–26 as one-day, three-hour sessions for ages 3–12. Competitive dance programmes are available in Acro, Contemporary, Jazz, Musical Theater, Hip Hop, Lyrical and Tap, with options for solos, duos and trios.
