The studio offers ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, acrobatics, and musical theater, with instructors trained across recreational to pre-professional levels. Mrs. Elizabeth Zamer, the owner and artistic director, has thirteen years leading the studio and a professional dance background spanning performances with Second Wind Dance Company, dancers and mina estrada, and Amanda Kinzer throughout the country. She graduated summa cum laude from Old Dominion University as the Outstanding Graduate in both dance and biology. Her choreography has been featured in Disney World, New York City, and local choreographers' showcases, and has won numerous regional and national awards.
The facility includes two studios, a dressing room, lobby, front office, and viewing windows into each studio. The studio is housed at Foxfire Center on Seaboard Road. Classes prioritize a family-friendly environment with modest costuming and music, and all choreography is designed with families in mind.
The teaching team brings over 30 collective years of experience spanning professional dance and education. Ashlyn Works serves as Competition Assistant; she is a 2020 graduate of the studio and the dance strand of the VPAA at Salem High School, and recently graduated cum laude with her Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Dance from Ball State University, dancing professionally whenever possible. Instructors include Mrs. Kristy Bates, Ms. Beverly Moody, and Clara Minkewicz, who also assists in the office.
The studio tailors training to meet individual needs, offering classes for all levels from recreational to pre-professional dancers. The studio's mission is to create a family of dancers within the local community.
