The Academy Classes program expands access beyond competition training. Musical Theater is an exclusive weekly track rotating through high-octane Jazz, expressive Contemporary & Lyrical, and character-driven Musical Theater choreography, focused purely on performance quality and style versatility. Adult Stretch and Flexibility is designed for all fitness levels, offering targeted stretching and deep flexibility work in a low-impact environment. Youth and specialized programs include Tumbling (ages 3–4, 4–6, and 7–12) emphasizing floor agility and power with age-specific progression; Boys Power Tumbling & Conditioning for explosive power and upper-body conditioning; and Acrobatics (ages 5–18) blending dance technique with safe acrobatic execution.
