About this studio
Dance Forever is a dance fitness studio on N. Cleveland Ave in Chicago that blends choreography, cardio, and strength training into energizing 55-minute and 60-minute classes. The studio's signature offering is Choreo Cardio + Tone, which starts with a dynamic warm-up, moves into learning 12 eight-counts of choreography, then dances through nine back-to-back tracks with increasing BPMs before finishing with targeted toning and cooldown. This class is designed for all levels with a love for dance.
Beyond fitness cardio, Dance Forever offers genre-based adult classes that focus on foundational technique and choreography. These 60-minute sessions cover contemporary, hip hop, heels, jazz, and other styles, each taught by instructors who bring professional experience and unique flair. Previous dance experience is recommended for genre classes, though the studio emphasises that all bodies, ages, and backgrounds are welcome.
The studio operates a private lessons programme for one-on-one or small-group training, available for technique development, choreography training, dance basics, event prep, and group celebrations. Pricing and availability inquiries can be made by email.
Dance Forever also runs a Dance For Pros ensemble programme created for adult individuals with previous training who want to perform, grow, and connect with other dancers. Dance For Pros members take classes in a variety of styles and learn choreography for performance opportunities.
Special services include wedding dance lessons designed around your song choice and comfort level, bachelorette party private classes featuring customised choreography and playlists, and event space rental for celebrations and gatherings. The studio features a spacious powder room with products to freshen up after class, designated storage areas for belongings, and an on-demand video library called Dance With Us for at-home streaming. Parking is available directly across the street on N. Cleveland Ave.
