About this studio
Seaside Ballroom is run by Anthony Kantin and Olivia Card, a professional competitive duo who have been competing together for the past three years and have earned multiple national and international titles. Their career achievements include Two-time Open Worlds Invitational Cabaret Champions, Dance As Fire Italian Cabaret Champions, Two-time Heritage Classic Cabaret Champions, World Masters Cabaret Champions, Open British Blackpool Dance Festival Vice Champions, and Dutch Open Vice Champions. Both are certified ballroom instructors.
Olivia trained for eight years at the Northwest Florida Académie, where she studied ballet, pointe, jazz, modern, hip-hop, and contemporary before transitioning into ballroom dancing and developing a passion for cabaret. Anthony immersed himself in the ballroom world at age 21 and has built a professional career competing in 9-Dance, 10-Dance, and cabaret divisions.
The studio offers private lessons in Ballroom, Latin, Smooth, Rhythm, and Swing. Lessons are designed for singles or couples at any experience level, from complete beginners to seasoned competitors. You don't need a partner to start—instructors work with individuals and will guide you through the process.
Beyond private lessons, Seaside Ballroom specializes in wedding dance choreography, including father–daughter and mother–son dances. Anthony and Olivia also perform professional shows across the country, known for their athletic lifts, powerful storytelling and artistic choreography.
The studio operates two locations: Beach Blvd in Jacksonville and Atlantic Blvd. The instructors emphasize that dancing should be fun, inspiring, and accessible to everyone, whether you're looking for a unique date night or aiming for competitive excellence.
