About this studio
Seaside Ballroom is a private dance lesson studio run by Anthony Kantin and Olivia Card, two professional competitors who have been dancing together as a competitive duo for the past three years. They teach ballroom, Latin, Smooth, Rhythm, Swing, and cabaret across two locations: Beach Blvd and Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville.
Anthony and Olivia are certified ballroom instructors with serious competitive credentials. Together they are two-time Open Worlds Invitational Cabaret Champions, Dance As Fire Italian Cabaret Champions, two-time Heritage Classic Cabaret Champions, and World Masters Cabaret Champions. They were also vice champions at the Open British Blackpool Dance Festival and the Dutch Open. Anthony competes in 9-Dance, 10-Dance, and cabaret divisions; Olivia trained for eight years at Northwest Florida Académie in ballet, pointe, jazz, modern, hip-hop, and contemporary before transitioning into ballroom and developing a passion for cabaret.
Beyond teaching, Anthony and Olivia perform professional shows across the country, known for their athletic lifts, powerful storytelling, and artistic choreography. They specialise in creating wedding dances for couples, as well as father–daughter and mother–son dances. The studio emphasises that dance is accessible to everyone—whether you're a complete beginner or aiming for competitive excellence.
Private lessons are tailored to your level and goals. The studio accepts both singles and couples; if you don't have a partner, the instructors will work with you regardless. The philosophy is that dance should be fun, inspiring, and accessible, delivered with skill and patience.

Anthony or Olivia will teach you steps and technique while focusing on the artistry, connection, and joy of dance. Who teaches here
Anthony Kantin and Olivia Card are certified ballroom instructors and professional competitors. Olivia trained for eight years in ballet, pointe, jazz, modern, hip-hop, and contemporary before specialising in ballroom and cabaret. Anthony began ballroom at age 21 and competes in 9-Dance, 10-Dance, and cabaret. Together they have earned multiple national and international titles, including two Open Worlds Invitational Cabaret Championships.
