They operate two locations: the Swiss Ave studio in central Dallas (steps from Uptown, Turtle Creek and Downtown), and a second location opening in Oak Cliff in October 2025.
For dance, they offer a full schedule including ballet, contemporary, hip hop, jazz, tap, belly dance basics, jazz funk and dance basics. All adult dance classes are 60 minutes and choreography-based, with new choreography each week. Classes are levelled: Level 1 is for beginners and those new to dance; Level 2 suits dancers with beginner to intermediate experience; Level 3 is intermediate-advanced. Ballet classes follow traditional format with barre, across-the-floor, center work and choreography. Tap, hip hop and contemporary all welcome beginners.
Yoga classes include energizing vinyasa, strong vinyasa flow, slow flow yoga, restorative yoga, deep stretch and flexibility, and wake up yoga. Sound bath experiences combine guided meditation with crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and other instruments. They also offer weekly reset classes pairing gentle yoga with sound bath. Bilingual and Spanish-language yoga and dance classes are available.
The studio runs private yoga sessions, private sound bath meditations, bachelorette parties, corporate wellness events and retreats. Group sizes range from 1–2 people to 100+, and they can visit your venue. Private sessions include mats, blankets, props (for groups under 20), herbal tea, aromatherapy towels and pH-balancing mat mist. They also offer meditation and mindfulness classes in a dedicated meditation lounge designed for peace and comfort.
