DF Dance Studio

DF Dance Studio has been serving Salt Lake City's adult dance community since 2008. Located at 2978 S State St in South Salt Lake, the studio specializes in beginner-friendly group classes and private lessons across multiple partner dance styles: Salsa, Bachata, West Coast Swing, Country Swing, Ballroom, and more. Founded by Maria Ivanova, a Salsa On2 educator since 2005 and West Coast Swing Competitive All-Star, the studio emphasizes community alongside instruction. Weekly Friday socials run in two formats: Latin Socials (2nd & 4th Friday) offer beginner-friendly Salsa, Bachata, and Cumbia in three rooms, while WestieHive (1st & 3rd Friday) is the West Coast Swing social.
