Kids' classes include Talls-n-Tots (18–24 months, with an accompanying adult), Dance is Fun (age 2), Tiny Tots (ages 3–4), Dance Kids (ages 5–6), Little Hip Hop (ages 5–6), Little Cirque (ages 4–6), Little Tap/Kid Tap (ages 3–6), Pre-Ballet (ages 5–6), and seasonal offerings like Art Attic, Broadway Baby, and Fairytale Ballet. Core classes run 1 hour weekly and include Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical/Modern, and Tap Dance, each with Foundation, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.
Adult fitness classes offer no-pressure workouts with certified instructors. Options include POUND and POUND Unplugged (using Ripstix weighted drumsticks), Piloxing (blending Pilates, Boxing and Dance with weighted gloves), ChopFit (HIIT circuits with weighted axes), Adult Hip Hop, Adult Jazz/Contemporary, Adult Tap, bootybarre Plus/Sculpt/Bounce, Barre/Dance Fitness Fusion, and Strength, Stretch & Restore/Yoga. Class sizes are limited and sign-up is available through the WellnessLiving app. The school also offers Cirque classes for children ages 4–6.
The studio's culture emphasizes seven core principles: Discipline, Responsibility, Passion, Kindness, Respect, Grace, and Humility. All family members are encouraged to adopt these principles. The vision is to train dancers with kind hearts, compassionate deeds, humble spirits, eager minds, respected skills, healthy bodies and strong relationships. Facilities include special impact absorption sub-flooring to reduce fatigue, mirrors, and professional amenities. Students receive weekly quality instruction from certified, CPR and First Aid trained staff in a curriculum-based (not improvisational) environment.
