Dez It All Dance and Yoga Studio is run by Deserae McCall, who has over 30 years of dance training experience and 20+ years teaching across the Phoenix valley. She is certified in Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, and Trauma Informed Yoga. The studio is located at 4117 North 17th Street, Phoenix, and operates Monday–Thursday 11am–9pm, with Friday–Sunday availability upon request.
Deserae studied at Fred Astaire Ballroom, Alvin Ailey, DMDA, Master Ballet Academy, and Arizona Conservatory, and continues her education constantly. She teaches ballet, jazz, tap, musical theater, hip hop, contemporary, waltz, fox trot, tango, salsa, bachata, swing, Arizona two step, and more. The studio offers private dance and yoga lessons for all ages (from 3 and up) and levels, with no experience necessary. Lessons are tailored to your specific needs, whether you're learning proper alignment and technique, preparing for a special event, or working on choreography.
Wedding services are a core offering. The studio creates custom first dances, father/daughter dances, mother/son dances, and group numbers for bridesmaids and groomsmen. Popular styles include waltz, fox trot, hip hop, salsa, rumba, and fusions. Packages range from simple to fully choreographed routines, and the studio offers a free consultation to discuss your vision.
Beyond private lessons, Dez It All runs group classes for children ages 6–9 (Ballet/Tap Combo, Jazz/Hip Hop) and offers the Divine Feminine Dance Class for adults seeking sensuality, creativity, and body confidence in a supportive environment. Yoga offerings include Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, and Trauma Informed Yoga sessions tailored to individual needs.
The studio also brings dance and yoga to your location for private parties, bachelorette parties, children's birthday parties, team-building events, and corporate gatherings. Deserae offers bi-weekly free trauma-informed yoga and dance classes every other Tuesday, 5:00pm–7:00pm, at New Life Center, a downtown domestic violence clinic. The studio runs special events and retreats, including Phoenix Rising: Women's Retreat (January 29–February 1) and sessions combining restorative yoga and sound healing.

Deserae McCall founded Dez It All Dance and Yoga to create a space different from other studios where she had taught or worked. She aimed to help students improve their dance and yoga skills through proper alignment and technique while building a deeper connection to themselves, breaking down societal barriers about what dancers and yogis 'should' look like, and allowing people to grow at their own pace.
